Current research areas focus on network services (IPVPN and Ethernet), managed services, enterprise mobility and unified communications; and advising market players how to gain an edge in the competitive environment.

Siow-Meng has 15 years of experience in the telecom industry working for the telecom regulator in Singapore as a spectrum manager, and working for Current Analysis as a telecom analyst. At Current Analysis, Siow-Meng was solely responsible for the research the enterprise telecom services in the Asia-Pacific region as well as wholesale services on a global basis.

Siow-Meng has a Master of Communications Management from Coventry University in the UK and a BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
