Storm Liu is a research manager for IDC China's Enterprise System and Software Research Department. He is responsible for research and customized research projects related to Datacenters and IT Infrastructure. Storm closely monitors Datacenter and UPS market dynamics and provides IT vendors with consulting services and management advice with regard to sales, marketing, and product strategies.

In addition to his solid expertise in the IT infrastructure market and strong background in technical IT, Storm is especially knowledgeable in telecom VAS systems, network operations and management as well as related research.

Prior to joining IDC, Storm gathered significant experience working for several leading Chinese IT companies as a technical support manager and project manager.

Storm graduated from the Hohai University in 1998. He holds a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Automation.
