Amy Machado is a Senior Research Analyst for IDC's Hardcopy Peripheral Solutions programs, including the U.S. Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker. In this role, Ms. Machado is responsible for quantitative and qualitative research on the hardcopy peripherals market.
Prior to joining IDC, Ms. Machado was the Forecast Manager for InfoTrends, Inc., where she was responsible for year-end, worldwide hardware shipment data collection and analysis, as well as market forecasting. She also managed the quarterly hardcopy trackers focused on the Production and Wide Format segments.
Ms. Machado holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Political Science from Clemson University in South Carolina.
