Cynthia Ho is a Market Analyst with IDC's Asia/Pacific Enterprise Server research group, focusing on driving server research across key markets in ASEAN. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for market sizing and analysis, forecasting and segment analysis on the server market.  

Prior to joining IDC Asia/Pacific, Cynthia worked with IDC Malaysia managing server virtualization tracker, datacenter related research as well as consulting projects. She was also driving quarterly server research in Malaysia and the Philippines. In her previous role, she established relationship with vendors and channels for regular market trends updates. Before IDC Malaysia, Cynthia worked at Epcos Malaysia as a Production Planner for 2 years before pursuing her full-time master degree in Finance. During her studies, she was an intern at Frost & Sullivan where she worked in the division of Public Sector/Information Communication Technologies.

Cynthia holds a Msc of Finance from Umea University, Sweden. She also has a degree in Business Studies from Charles Sturt University, Australia.
