Daniel-Zoe Jimenez is Program Manager of Big Data & Analytics and NextGen Enterprise Applications for IDC Asia/Pacific. Based in Singapore, Daniel's research and consulting is focused on Big Data, business analytics (BA), business intelligence (BI), and data warehousing (DW); as well as in the areas of CRM & Customer Experience, ERP and HCM.

Daniel provides advice to vendors in assessing end-users needs and purchasing behavior, as well as market trends and competitive dynamics across the Asia/Pacific region. In addition, he engages with CIOs and IT decision makers to discuss how to leverage technology to drive better business outcomes.

Daniel speaks at IDC and client events, as well as in customer workshops in the region, and is regularly quoted in business and IT publications. 

Daniel-Zoe Jimenez is a market intelligence expert with more than 14 years of solid international experience at large organizations, from consulting to ICT and market research. Prior to joining IDC, Daniel spent more than four years at Fujitsu Services where he held various Market Intelligence and Presales consulting roles; and was responsible for financial services technology research. Before that, he held a global role with Accenture for more than three years where he contributed to their business development success in improving competitive positioning and identifying new market entrance strategies. At Datamonitor’s London office, Daniel held the positions of Research Manager and Business Analyst, covering the Internet Services and Mobility markets.

Daniel holds a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy - focused on Science, Mind and Language - Courses in Psychology and Anthropology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain).
