Chris Zhang is a Senior Market Analyst with IDC’s Asia/Pacific Software team. Based in Singapore, Chris is part of the team responsible for managing the software research tracker programs, which involves creating and maintaining software databases, analyzing key market trends, competitive landscape and forecast outlooks. Her primary focus is on Application Deployment and Enterprise Applications software markets.

Prior to joining IDC, Chris was a Functional Consultant in Enterprise Resource Planning (Financials) with Oracle Corporation (Singapore), specializing in the financial modules of e-Business Suite. In addition, she was also involved and assisted in the building of pre-pipelines for strategic projects under the local Business Development team.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Business, with double specialization in IT and Marketing from the Nanyang Technology University, Singapore.
