As an Emerging Market, Diego Valer performs research of Emerging Markets IDC products in Latin America (Central America and Caribbean). In this role, he realized interviews, data validation, vertical market analysis and forecasts of market trends in each country where IDC does not have office in Latin America (Bolivia, Panama, Uruguay, Paraguay, Ecuador, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras and Puerto Rico).
Since his beginnings in IDC, Diego has expanded its areas of study, in market research and consulting, assisting in the elaboration of different studies in markets related to Information Technology in consulting projects and in regular ones.
Prior to joining IDC Peru, Diego worked as a service promoter of Banco de Credito del Peru for a year and a half. Previously he realized different personal works of web design and programming.
Diego has a degree in Computer Engineering of San Ignacio de Loyola University (Peru). He also has extensive technical skills and knowledge of the latest trends in the world of information technology, computer security and advanced English.
