Stacy Crook is a Program Manager for IDC’s Mobile Enterprise research programs. In this position, she provides coverage of mobile software and device solutions of key stakeholders across the enterprise mobility ecosystem.
Ms. Crook’s main areas of focus include the markets for mobile enterprise applications and platforms, mobile device management, mobile security software, mobile operating environments, mobile unified communications and remote access and support services. As part of the Mobile Enterprise Device Solutions team, she also examines how enterprises manage the entire device lifecycle as well as broader trends in enterprise mobility strategy.
Since joining IDC in 2005, Ms. Crook has been a research analyst for mobile enterprise software and was a member of the IDCInquire team, where she provided clients of IDC’s Software programs with high levels of customer service regarding their research inquiries and also contributed to various research reports. Before joining IDC in 2005, Ms. Crook was a Program Manager for the CIO Executive Council at CIO Magazine.
Stacy holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI and holds an MA in Psychology from Framingham State University.
