Tim Brunt is the Program Manager for IDC's Canadian Quarterly PC Tracker program. In this role, he is engaged in analyzing current market trends, business planning, business and consumer buyer behaviour as well as forecasting the performance of the PC industry. Through supply-side and demand-side analyses, the technology community is provided insight into the commercial and consumer PC markets and platforms, including desktops, notebooks, ultraportables, Mini Notebooks, Tablet PCs, Media Center PCs, and personal workstations. The research coverage is across various dimensions, including customer segments, distribution channels, microprocessors and other PC components/peripherals such as graphics cards and input/control devices.

Tim joins IDC Canada with over 15 years of experience in the Canadian ICT Market. Tim began his career as Canadian Regional Account Manager with Viking Components. He has also held Sales positions with Dell Canada, and IBM Canada. Most recently, Tim Brunt was Canadian Channel Sales Manager with Panda Security.
