As a Senior Market Analyst at IDC's Asia/Pacific Enterprise Servers and Workstations Research group, based in Hong Kong, Nancy Seto is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and forecasting the enterprise servers and workstation market in the Asia/Pacific region, focusing on Hong Kong and the Greater China region.
Prior to joining IDC, she was a Market Development Manager at Ricoh Hong Kong Limited where she was responsible for the product marketing and channels development of Ricoh printers and fax products in Hong Kong. She came to Ricoh with over ten years of product and vendor management experience working in leading IT dealers in Hong Kong, including Jardine OneSolution (HK) Limited and Microware Computer Systems Limited.
Nancy is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She holds an MBA from The Open University of Hong Kong and a Honors Diploma in General Business Management at the Lingnan University, Hong Kong.
