Audrey Heng is a Senior Market Analyst for IDC's Asia/Pacific Emerging Technologies team. Audrey leverages the core research, created by IDC's Asia/Pacific trackers team, through contextualizing the content and increasing its relevance for clients and their businesses. Her research looks into the digital and new media marketplace, addressing issues and forecasting trends for both supply-side and end-user groups within the Web 2.0 arena. Audrey is also responsible for creating and maintaining databases as well as publishing research that has a focus on regional Green IT.
Before assuming this role, she was with IDC's Asia/Pacific Peripherals research team, where she was responsible for collaborating with country analysts to track, analyze and forecast market trends in the dynamic large format printers landscape within Asia/Pacific.
Prior to joining IDC, Audrey was with Millward Brown, a market research and brand consulting firm, where she specialized in advertising and brand health tracking studies for fast moving consumer goods. Her role included client liaison, project management and data analysis.
Audrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Singapore Management University majoring in Marketing and Finance.
