Karlo Pernek joined IDC in January 2008. He is responsible for conducting primary and secondary research of the Croatian software market, helping to gather and analyze data for annual studies and quarterly trackers as well as for custom projects.

Prior to joining IDC, Mr. Pernek worked at MEMRB's Croatian office working with retail market data on Oracle and SQL databases, retail tracking, and providing technical support.
