Helen Chiang is the Associate Director in IDC Taiwan. In her role, she is responsible for the management of Taiwan research team. Since joining IDC in 2007, Helen conducted numerous research and consulting projects. She and her team not only provide professional and in-depth market analysis, but also provide high-value consulting strategy to IDC clients. She led the research team to win customers' trust and appreciation with the professional analysis and constructive suggestions to the market.

Helen has given presentations at major events in IT industry. In each presentation, she shares her views and insights on the corresponding focus areas. She has also been frequently interviewed and quoted by leading IT media, including Wall Street Journal, Reuters, CNET…etc.

Prior to IDC, she was the Manager with Inventec Corporation, where she managed the market intelligence team. Before that, she was the research manager and senior analyst in Institute for Information Industry (III). She was in charge of PC ,server, ODM ,upstream supply chain research and managed several government projects. Helen owns more than 10 years experience in the IT industry research.

Helen holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication from the National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan.
