As a Data Research Analyst, Diana Riofrio is responsible of gathering, processing and analyzing the preliminary information, from primary and secondary sources, that helps in the development of different projects in the South Cone (Argentina, Chile and Peru) such as PC Trackers, Hardcopy Peripherals Trackers, Server & Storage Tracker’s and many Consulting project
Prior to joining IDC, Diana worked for Control Document & Storage as Operation and Planning Executive; she also was in charge of the network administration and help desk. She also worked in the help desk area of a health-related company.
Diana holds a degree in System Engineering from the San Martin de Porres University, and a graduation from CIBERTEC as IST System Analyst.
