As Program Director of IDCs Consumer Multiplay & Broadband Services and SMB Telecom, Broadband and Video programs, Mr. Davis drives analysis and thought leadership in the fast evolving market of converging telephony, broadband, video and wireless services. Mr. Davis focuses on U.S. service provider competition and technology convergence to identify what the next generation of emerging services will look like and how service providers take these services to market in the consumer and small medium business arena.
Mr. Davis was formerly the Director of the Broadband Access Technologies practice at The Yankee Group in Boston. In that role, he managed research and programs that helped service providers to better position themselves in the global communications marketplace with a focus on the deployment of next-generation broadband, voice and video services.
Mr. Davis has produced dozens of forecasts and reports analyzing the global telecom marketplace, has been quoted in numerous nationally circulated publications, and has been a featured speaker at a large number of public and private broadband industry events
