Renato is part of the Central Research Group in LA, being responsible for conducting studies in emerging markets in LA, Vertical Markets and SMB. He is in charge of checking studies that compile information from many countries such as IT Spending Patterns (Black Book), ICMM and the Telecom Black Book.
Renato has a 6-year background expertise on the IT business and market research industry.
Prior to joining IDC, Renato worked for APOYO Opinion y Mercado as a Research Analyst and was responsible for designing and supervising qualitative and quantitative studies. He also worked for Imation Peru as Storage Consultant and was in charge of the retail market.
Renato holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Pacifico and a specialization in marketing from ESAN. He is fluent in English.
