As a Senior Analyst, Krista leads IDC Canada's mobility research domain, developing research and insight around mobile phones, media tablets, and eReaders. Krista is the Team Lead for the Canadian Mobile Phone Tracker, and the Canadian Media Tablet & eReader Trackers, where she is forecasting the size of these markets in Canada, following trends, new products, and vendor strategies. In this role, she works closely with industry contacts, vendors and IDC analysts around the world to provide in-depth insight and analysis on mobility, while providing a unique Canadian perspective. 

Krista is a source of commentary on Canadian tech news and trends to the mass media, and a frequent speaker at events across the country.

Krista holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She graduated from both her MBA and BBA with distinction.
