Antonio Wang, associate director and project leader for IDC China's Computing Systems team, possesses over ten years of market research experience in personal computing. The primary focus of his research are consumer desktops, commercial desktops, portable computers, tablets, thin clients, monitors, projectors, smart TV, printers, traditional mobiles, handheld devices, PNDs, personal IT peripherals, and upstream hardware providers.
For the past ten years, Antonio has been involved with a number of significant research projects, where he has been in charge of project planning, executive proposal drafting, client interviews, and data analysis. He has a vast experience in provincial- and city-level PC analysis. He leads IDC's China tracker research team for the personal systems field, and conducts research on sales channels, industries, end-user demands, and emerging markets. His team has effectively undertaken numerous customized research projects and gained recognition from clients such as Microsoft, Founder, AMD, Haier, Epson, and Lenovo.
Antonio graduated from the Beijing University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Computing Science.
