George Bulat is the Research Director of IDC Canada's Client Hardware, including the Canadian Quarterly PC Tracker and Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker.
George Bulat is responsible for managing the Client Hardware research programs at IDC Canada. A key resource for market intelligence, these comprehensive research programs provide an unparalleled view of the Canadian PC and Printer markets. Through electronic and Web-based products, written analysis, custom research, consulting, and presentations George provides IDC's clients with information on key trends and forecasts market performance.
Previously, as Director of Data Driven Products, George was responsible for managing a broad group of research programs at IDC Canada that included, besides the Canadian Quarterly PC Tracker and Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker, also the Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker, Handheld QView, and Quarterly Server Tracker.
George Bulat joined IDC Canada in September of 1990. Prior to working at IDC, he completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Toronto, with a Philosophy major.
