While speaking opportunities at IDC events are typically by invitation only, we welcome suggestions for panel speakers for some of our events. Speaking opportunities are also included in a number of our event sponsorship packages. Please note that there is no set deadline for submissions, but we do recommend that you send in your information 4–6 months before the event.

If you would like to submit a speaker to be considered for a panel position, please fill out the following form and click on Submit at the bottom. To fax: complete the form then print it and fax to +1-508-988-7525 (for the US and AP), or +39 02 28457 313 (for Europe, Middle East and Africa).

An IDC representative will contact you if your proposal is a strong match. Please note that due to the volume of submissions that we receive, we are unable to respond personally to every submission.

IDC events attract high-level executives who value the thought leadership of presenters. The conference session is to educate and enlighten attendees, rather than advertise products and services of my company. I will refrain from including commercialism in my presentation. If selected, I will submit my session description and my final presentation by the deadlines IDC specifies. I acknowledge that IDC may edit the session description for consistency and style. I understand that if I am selected, I cannot send a substitute to speak in my place without IDC's approval. If it is necessary for me to propose a substitute, I will send a written request to the conference committee at least 4 weeks prior to the events. Lastly, if I require any statistics or data on the IT industry for my presentation, I will use only IDC data.
