IDC offers our employees
a comprehensive benefits package effective on their first day of employment.
The information below is a summary of the benefits available. As you
go through the recruitment process please ask your Human Resources representative
for more information or clarification on any of the benefits noted below.

Health Care
|
IDC offers its employees a healthcare program that protects them with sound medical, dental, vision and prescriptive benefits. This coverage is designed to provide protection for you and your family when care is needed. Healthcare choices include a PPO option as well as several HMO options depending on your home state. |

Cigna HealthCare (PPO/OAP)
CIGNA HealthCare's plan is a plan of choice. It offers employees a comprehensive nationwide network of physicians and hospitals to visit without referrals. Benefits are maximized within network but coverage is also available out-of-network. Premiums are cost-shared with the employer. Bi-weekly contributions for full-time employees range from $60 for single coverage to $204 for family coverage. Pharmacy and mail-order prescription coverage is also available. |

HMO Options
IDC offers four HMO plans to its Massachusetts and California employees. Under an HMO, employees choose a primary care physician to coordinate their care through the HMO network. Coverage is available through Tufts Health Plan, Fallon Health Care, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Kaiser Permanente. Premiums are cost-shared with the employer. Bi-weekly contributions for full-time employees range from $56 for single coverage to $329 for family coverage. |

Cigna Dental (PPO)
Cigna's dental plan is designed to help employees and their
families maintain good dental health through routine preventive
measures and to assist them with dental expenses that fall
under basic and major care as well as orthodontia. Coverage
is based on negotiated network rates and reasonable and
customary out-of-network rates. Dental premiums are included
in the cost of medical premiums. Dental-only coverage is
also available. |

Vision Service Plan (VSP)
Vision Service Plan (VSP) provides a comprehensive eye care
program to participants and covered dependents of IDC's
health plans (PPA & HMO). The vision plan provides
coverage for one eye exam every 12 months, contact lenses
and frames every 12 months and discounts on certain cosmetic
or elective eyewear options. Vision premiums are included
in the cost of medical premiums. |

Spousal Equivalent Coverage
IDC extends its health care offerings to qualified domestic
partners of all health plan participants. Premiums are
cost-shared with the employer and are subject to IRS plan
guidelines. |

Flexible
Spending Account (FSA)
|
A
Flexible Spending Account is an account to which employees
may contribute pre-tax dollars to pay for medical and/or
dependent care expenses that are not covered under the provisions
of the current benefit plan. IDC offers two types of accounts,
Medical and Dependent Care. |

Medical Flexible Spending
Account (MFSA)
This program allows employees to set aside up to $2,500 per
calendar year on a pre-tax basis to pay for health care expenses
that do not fall under the provisions of the medical, dental
and vision plans. Elections are made once a year for the following
calendar year. |

Dependent Care Reimbursement Account
(DCRA)
This program allows employees to set aside a combined household
maximum of $5,000 per calendar year on a pre-tax basis to pay
for dependent care expenses for qualified dependents. Elections
are made once a year for the following calendar year. |

Life
Insurance
|
IDC
offers our employees a comprehensive life insurance program
to protect their financial resources and their families'
future from life's uncertainties. We offer basic life insurance,
AD&D and supplemental life insurance for our employees
and their spouses and/or children. |

Basic Group Term Life
IDC's life insurance plan through Standard Insurance provides
employees coverage equal to two times their base salary
to a maximum of $300,000. Coverage is effective on the
first day of employment and is funded by IDC. |

Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Insurance (AD&D)
IDC's AD&D insurance pays additional benefits to the beneficiary(ies)
of the employee if the employee dies as a direct result of
an accident. It also provides benefits if, as a result of an
accidental injury, the employee loses the use of an eye, hand,
foot or any combination. The benefit is equal to one times
the employee's current base salary to a maximum of $300,000. |

Supplemental Life Insurance
Employees may purchase supplemental life insurance for themselves
in increments of $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000. Coverage
is also available for the employee's spouse and/or child(ren).
The cost of coverage is based on the employee's age and
is taken as a payroll deduction. |

Retirement
Plans
|
IDC
helps our employees plan for a financially secure future
and a comfortable retirement through
the 401(k) Plan. |

401(k) Plan
All IDC employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan offered through ING Retirement Plans. Employees may contribute up to 15%-25% of their total compensation to the IRS maximum. Traditional and Roth 401(k) Plans are available. Additionally, participants aged 50 and over are able to contribute an additional dollar amount as a "catch-up" contribution. IDC offers a discretionary match on 50% of the first 4% contributed to the plan. Loans are available from this plan. |

Time Off and Holidays
|
Everyone
could use a little rest and relaxation. Our employees work
hard so we give them what they need to play hard through
our generous paid time off program and holiday schedule. |

Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) is a bank of paid time for employees to
use for personal, sick and vacation purposes. Employees
accrue PTO on a bi-weekly basis. The accrual rate is based
on years of service and scheduled hours. Regular full-time
first year employees are eligible to accrue 18 PTO days. |

Holidays
IDC offers employees 11 paid holidays each calendar year. |

Work/Life
Balance
|
IDG
and IDC provide work/life balance programs for the health
and well-being of our employees and their families. The programs
are free and are designed to help employees balance the many
demands of their work and personal lives. |

Employee Assistance Program
(EAP)
The EAP offers employees confidential, short-term counseling and resources
and referrals for their work/life balance issues. The program addresses such
issues as career development, emotional issues, grief and loss, relationship
problems, job stress, child and elder care needs, legal issues, financial
concerns and nutritional assistance. |

Resources-On-Call(ROC)
IDC provides a free virtual concierge service to employees
and their family members. This referral service is designed
to help save time and manage life outside the workplace by
helping locate programs and services, such as, finding hard
to get theater or ball game tickets, landscapers, pet sitters,
financial planners, child or elder care referrals, and much
more. |
